It's pretty discouraging when you work hard at the gym all week long but then somehow seem to magically sabotage all that work! Here are some of the ways we sabotage our weightless goals. Binging on the weekends – It’s so easy to tell yourself that you deserve that bottle, uh…I mean glass of wine or that giant slice of cake because it’s the weekend and it’s only this one time. The next thing you know it’s been two days of overindulging and then Monday morning is here and my pants are a little snug. Letting your cravings take over– When trying to lose weight it’s easy to feel deprived. Unlike the every day normal hunger that we all feel every day, cravings, are strong yearnings for certain foods. Emotions, situations, or pleasant can trigger a craving.
